4. How we share your information

3. AI-generated content

Valuations and photos generated through the Service are produced by automated systems, including AI. AI-generated photos are illustrative representations and may not reflect every detail of the actual vehicle. You may use the photos provided to you for personal listing or sale purposes. You may not represent AI-generated photos as unmodified photographs of the actual vehicle in a way that would mislead a buyer.

4. No professional advice

UTrade does not provide legal, financial, tax, or appraisal advice.

5. Communications consent

By providing your contact information and selecting a contact channel, you consent to receive communications from UTrade and the matched partner dealership through that channel about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, by emailing [CONTACT_EMAIL], or by following the opt-out instructions provided in the message.

6. Acceptable use

• No false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not submit information about a vehicle you do not own or are not authorized to trade.
• No infringement of others' rights or any law.
• No interference, scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized access.
• No spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Intellectual property

The Service is owned by UTrade or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You retain ownership of any photos and content you submit; you grant UTrade a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (including via AI), and create derivative works for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

8. Third-party dealerships

UTrade is not a dealership and is not a party to any sale, trade, or financing transaction between you and a partner dealership. Any transaction is solely between you and the dealership.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that valuations will match any dealer's final offer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTrade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. UTrade's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UTrade and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution
